YAY! We’re having our first giveaway on my new WordPress site. I’m so glad you showed up. Hahnemühle has generously provided a toned sketchbook, Grey Book 6″ x 8″. The review for this excellent journal filled with 120gsm grey toned paper is here. I will also be throwing in a DIY Altoids tin, a Grumbacher #4 watercolor brush, a couple Micron Pigma black pens (01, 05, 08) and one of my fancy Bee magnets. The Altoids tin comes with ten empty half pans, magnets attached, a small kneaded eraser and a little pencil. The lid has even been sprayed with special acrylic paint to allow it to be used as a mixing palette!
The giveaway will run from today, Sunday November 12, 2017 to Saturday November 17, 2017 @ midnight Pacific Time. To qualify to enter this giveaway all you have to do is SUBSCRIBE to this blog. Then click here to use the CONTACT form. Copy, paste and send me the message, “I WANT TO WIN“. That’s it!
The winner will be drawn & announced the day after the Giveaway ends. IF you are the winner you will be contacted using the email you have provided on the contact form. The winner will have 48 hours to respond or the prize will be redrawn.
(The Giveaway is open worldwide except where prohibited by law. The winner is responsible for any duty or taxed incurred when arriving in their country. Package will be clearly labeled as GIFT.)
For those of you who can’t wait, Wet Paint Art is having a sale right now. Their Hahnemühle Grey Book is 25% off.
(Please note, watercolor paint and any liquid media like watercolors is not recommended to be used on Hahnemühle’s Grey Book paper. Dry media like Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolor pencils, Micron Pigma pens, fountain pens, Uniball Signo white gel pens, acrylic markers and graphite work beautifully on this smooth toned paper.)
Learning: How to sleep less & paint more. ;o)
Wishing: I could clone myself, there’s never enough hours in the day!
Planning: The final toned paper review: Stillman & Birn’s Nova Series Sketchbooks
Loving: Anna Mason’s art, I’ll be doing her courses starting in January.
